WIN RDC alternative?

I installed TeamViewer, Ammyy remote deskop, but I can not connect remote computer, though I connect with Win RDC. this is weird problem. I google and read their manual, but can not connect them.

Have you attempted to even try to port forward the needed ports or disabling windows firewall for a moment to see if its a issue?

Sounds like a firewall problem of some sorts, as normally teamviewer should work even through NAT.
