Why Wjunction admin does not reply to messages?

Hi
while ago i opened a official support thread for our website here but like 10 min later the thread suspended and the admin ask for business plan for our website and i create the business plan and send it to wjunction's admin, but since then I'm trying to contact and track the progress of the reactivation but i had no reply to any of my messages.
any idea what is wrong or this is just normal?

i had thread deleted that was not against rules. doggy just say it must be against rules but not why. before i post he said as long as its not account share nd it wasnt. i not got any answer on it either for over week. i msseged multiple staff.
