Why NETU.TV has so high rates?

I remember this hosting since 2016 year.

This hosting had 80$ per 10,000 for Tier 1 countries and Tier 1 included not only USA, GB and Canada but all English speaking countries with nearly whole Europe! Also, even thought officially they kept inactive files for 60 days in fact it was much more. And I hardly remember they had ever deleted any video for DMCA complaint.

When I googled the contact email of the admin and also received an email from him, on basis of his name doubtlessly the website as the admin were RUSSIAN.

After years the system changed a bit. Now they have different premium accounts on the basis of views per days. Also, instead of 2 Tiers now they have 4 Tiers and Russia is in the lowest. 5% minimum view time changed to 1 minute.

So, despite that "downgrade" after years it has still higher rates than the other video hosting websites. If any of you had any experience with website please share your opinions. Who is the team behind this service? Or really there is only that Russian guy Michael Bisheev? Why they have so high rates? Or was this website SCAM and they don't pay more after sometime?

what the fuck is ?
where is my money ?

Is this scammer alive and planning to pay people or is he still a scammer?
He has $36k on his tether account and he doesn't pay people?
It's already a scam, they partially pay those who generate enough money so they don't lose them and that's it.
But those of us who generate and no longer continue, they don't pay.

I don't know why it doesn't pay people.
It is clear that he currently has $36k in his Tether account, and over $200k goes through that account every month. It's not that there is no money. It has, but it won't pay people. He probably makes more money with that money.

All in all a big scammer.

Scam.....
I have been uploading videos with them for years, but they have not paid since November, it is a scam, payment request more than two months ago and the answers they give in the email are these and surely it is the same to everyone. "Use own ads on site if you need fast payments"

It is rubbish because in the years I was there I asked for payments through PayPal and they were fulfilled, now it is a scam

3 months waiting.
Curiously, they don't even delete the files that have 0 views and occupy 12TB

I have been waiting for a payment since May, I cancelled it, and sent it again on August 8th and they haven't paid yet. But you have Active/Inactive files lifetime activated, right? I have it activated and they charge me every day.

I don't have it activated and they haven't deleted my files since I've been waiting for payment for 3 months, with 0 visits.
I also don't see the point of keeping the files and even less paying for them on a server that doesn't pay.

They are in the business for some time yes and I never read any scam review from their service.

They usually answer via skype within minutes. Also, videos are deleted with 90 days of inactivity (is in their website).

Videos are showed in 360p and automatically change to 720p if you have at least 300 views per day.

This is what I know. Maybe some other people can give more answers, I’m interested aswell.
It sounds like you’ve had quite a journey with this hosting service. From what you’ve described, it seems the service has undergone significant changes over the years, which could be due to shifts in market dynamics or operational challenges. The high rates might be a reflection of the premium service they offer compared to competitors, but it's also possible that they’re maintaining a high price point to cover costs or to remain profitable despite changes in their structure. Regarding the team, it’s hard to say without more information—if the admin you contacted was russian, it’s possible there’s a larger team behind the scenes or perhaps just a few key players. It might be worth looking into user reviews or forums for more recent experiences to get a clearer picture.

I’ve been using that same hosting service for a few years, and while it has had its ups and downs, I’ve found it to be reliable overall. The transition from 2 Tiers to 4 Tiers and the changes in view time requirements were definitely noticeable, but the rates still make it competitive compared to others. As for the team, I haven’t encountered anyone besides the admin you mentioned. I’d suggest keeping an eye on your payments and reaching out directly to their support if you have concerns. Sometimes changes in service structure are just part of evolving business models, not necessarily signs of a scam.
