Why is site working for some and not others..

hello can someone please help me out why my site www.movietab.net is working for some and not for others?

it just happened today around 5am ... thanks.. ip for site is same.. i think

still can access the site panel

im using Google DNS Cache to access site.. but not on regular internet... cleared cache all that router ip clear/flush dns crap.. same resuly

Anyway, i pinged up your website and the ip looks to be normal as in others so not a problem on DNS (195.20.205.190)

Also, its updated in all the areas:

You might have blocked some specific countries :s (maybe)
