Why is my IP Banned?

I get this error while using wJ through my mob but I can access wJ properly via my laptop. xD Strange shit. Still not resolved.

Why not add some info to the IP Banned page

eg.

echo $_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR']."<br/>";
echo $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'];

And the Session IP
