why is my download speed on hotfile 20kb's?

hello,

i download files on other sites with 5mb/s

but now since 2 days, i download only with 20kb/s from my premium hotfile account

how is this possible?

Same problem here. I think there are problems with some providers. I downloaded the same file from another pc with a connection with another provider and the download is fast as usual.

hmm, in my own comp it reaches 300kbps so far

maybe they do have problem with server try to contact them Gd luck

I agree with Pyramid, they have problems with servers, or their server's is long way from you'r country..
