1) Movies sites are "technically" not illegal by EU or US law (both time company try to sue owner of sites they are decided not guilty by court), they are by the words or the court "immoral" but not ilegal because they just to put it plain words "index" movies from other sites.

2) What IS illegal is to upload movies and as far as we can see from Official host support on this site 50% of users here upload on sites like vidoza, gounlimited, former openload etc that my friend is illegal far more then own a site with links redirecting to ones who in fact upload it (to simplify it are you guilty if you share youtube video from a channel who upload it with no right is it your fault or one who upload it?).

Streaming (Movie) sites are NOT video host and vice versa as you may think.

Why do you think we have huge changes in streaming servers (recently openload is shut down) every few years, they come, create video host, work for few years following DMCA more and more by the year, take money, shut down after get to big and unstable due the huge dmca claim, start over with new name and server in most of cases. No matter what they say on start every single one of them will must follow DMCA claims with time.

And if you check their TOS and User agreement they officially don't support movies, shows and other illegal content and only you are responsible for your upload so officially they are not "movie streaming site" and can use paypal etc and work as a company.

Movie stream sites are still grey area of copyright and as long as you follow dmca request's you getting you should not have some big problems.

3) Unpaid taxes are also much worse problem then streaming sites. Nobody care about few hundred dollars here and there (that include small sites and most of those are small) but larger sites must pay taxes (tbh that is done only in some modern country like Eu or US) or use some other payment method like Payoneer, AdvCash, Crypto etc.
