Who takes the responsibility of Userporn?

I don't know who takes the responsibility of Userporn?
I have requested to transfer money from earning account to payout account from 09-03-2011 but until now the status is still pending

I remember the support of Userporn has been banned here on WJunction due to have same IP with VBBDave from VideoBB.
