Depends on how much traffic you have and which tier.
Adcash offer me low CPM but they count all impressions, another thing was when you tell them to show 1 pop up per user they didn't do that for a really long time, but after some time they change it. About the payment, I didn't reach the minimum value to get my money since it really didnt go well I decided to sell my account.
