Who can modify an Ipb skin?

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right section for a thread like this, if not...
point me in the right direction.

I'm looking to slightly edit or have someone slightly edit an ipb skin.
Nothing major, just some minor adjustments. If anyone is interested
Drop a line here or PM me!

UPDATE: Currently need just a minor edit of the new nav bar.

( Can offer Gfx services if anyone is Interested in helping out ).
