Iam from macedonia, can i become amazon affiliate and how the money are paid?

I guess they allow every country. Sign up and if your country is listed there it means they allow it.
And payment modes are as under :
001. Gift - instant delivery. You can use to buy amazon stuff.
002. Direct Deposit - but it's only for U.S banks -you get commission within a week.
003. Check - it takes around 1-2 months to get a check cleared.
