Whih url is better for SEO?

Currently my forum is city-data.in/forum but i want to change it to forum.city-data.in

Is it good for SEO so should i keep it as city-data.in/forum :sun:

keep it like this: city-data.in/forum
it will take alot of time for google to index your new subdomain.
