Which Software Doctors Use for Data?

I Am looking for a Software - which is useful for saving Data profile for a Doctor..

For Example : If i Enter someone name it will show his/her complete profile, age, date, last test .. etc i heard this type of softwares already made but i don't know the exact names ?


Like a Facebook Search Engine : you type someone name and it show his complete profile. ?
