I spend a bit of time trying to figure this out (just to see if I could).
After browsing a lot of the directories/page sources I've come to the conclusion of thinking its 100% custom.
If it isnt custom, then they spent a lot of time modifying the script to cover up what it originally was (which is really unusual/unnecessary)
