@WT i would say none, first of all you didnt mention cheap hosting, you first dont want to pay much for your sites and ontop they use alot of resources.

So i guess its better for u to start hosting on a vps or something leave shared alone, or optimize your sites.

To be honest you won't find any provider that has 99.9% uptime rating.

If they still insist on providing 99.99% then just ask them to send you an official document in which their CEO has signed that he can provide you 99.99% uptime, else GTFO ! So, its like, if the prices are cheap, you'll get cheap service. But, there is an exception to this. If they have been in business from many years, then hell yeah, they have profited out much to downgrade their market and sell cheap services. If you really want great uptime, then just host your websites on your PC. Its the best, safest & cost effective method. Then, even if something happens, then its you who is responsible.
