Which is the best replace tools

I have many txt files which containing serveral sets of text need to be replace. Please help me to find the best suitable program for this.

I have used this. However there is just a limit that it can not load the REPLACEMENT SET so I have to enter the SET so many times. Is there anything I don't know about this soft?
