Which FTP programme gives you the best results?

Which is the best ftp programme.I am using filezilla,but i think that speeds are not at its max.
What about cuteftp8 professional or others?Which is the best in your opinion?

Iam Using FlashFXP and it's just grt !! Am able to upload at grt speeds and also able to resume uploads ..which for some reason i was not able to do in SmartFTP and Filezilla ...Also Filezilla started giving me errors off late...
