I get best download speeds from fileserve but I can't say that they are best because they are facing way to much issues (downtime, bugs w.e)

Rapidshare - Stable and OK download speed.

The best is Megaupload for dling. Unbeatable. I dl from MU with 1.5 MB/s where hotfile is 350-450 kb/s.

Hotfile never replied my inquiries....
