Porn. Not sure about warez, I worked on anime stuffs, but porn really gives me higher downloads and invites more traffic. In my experience HD porn yields more, and more if they're hard-to-find ones. I get good incoming traffic from some videos which when searched for give results to sites which used to have them in MU/FS/FSN and other now-defunct file hosting services. It just means that you have to push your site on search engine results even on the first few pages and you can get the audience in your site.
