The new program Bits mention WJunction referral link but i'm unable to find in my usercp?
Does anyone where is it?

You are right, but OP is asking in general terms, if any one in general terms want to send an invite than there should be an option available for normal users, might be it has been disappeared due to bits system. I hope @M can highlight some light on this query.
