Where can i host warez forum with peace of mind?

i prefer linux virtual server or dedicated server, because my database mysql is 14Gb and needs 4gb ram.
I just dont want to be bothered by hosting provider that i need to remove this and that (DMCA and others).

Basically hosting with liberal eula is called "offshore web hosting"
Despite bellarus and russia I've seen couple webhost still existing in netherlands, like warez-host or weservit
But still DMCA is strong in european's union countries...
