You would never get a proper answer as rule of thumb is your profit in a month x 5months. No one knows how much these sites make in profit except for the owners. I guess out of all the sites your best bet is elj coming to tell you how much katz would sell for, but dont get your hopes high

Piratebay got sold for 6million, i have read somewhere,
katz & phase, would be worth around 50k each, maybe phase a little more (better seo),
warez-bb, around 500k i guess, maybe more...
the other one, i don't know it..
