I used All-in-one-seo-pack, but now i'm using Yoast, its really nice plugin and really recommended. there are plenty of plugins to work with seo, but it depends on your needs. (avoid duplicate content, etc..)

I use both Wordpress SEO Yoast and Squirrly SEO.

Yoast - for advance SEO settings
Squirrly - great for on-page SEO and keyword research
