What's happened to Rapidgen.net?

Anyone have any news as to why the site and forum has been down for 3 days? Nothing on the Facebook page either, so much for my Xmas movies!

Can't imagine why, been with them for well over a year and never had a problem, any idea how I can query this and many thanks for the replies

Edit: and surely they would inform me of a ban? But really, what could I have done wrong when I only use the site for downloads, or if it is a DNS issue how could I check this please. Can't get to the site in Chrome or Safari and just tried Firefox, still the same

You can always check if a site is offline by inputing the site name on http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com

If its showing online, then maybe the issue with ur connection/dns. you can try flushing your dns by using the command ipconfig /flushdns (i believe) restart ur modem/pc and then try loading...
 
Would someone please give me a support email address for Rapidgen, still can't connect and as I say I can't imagine I have been banned, never use the forum and 3 days ago was happily downloading from rapidgen.net when the downloads stopped and not been able to reach the site or forum since, just tried the public dns and still no luck. Very confusing, have been with them for a long time and never had a problem.

Well this is bizarre, i just went through a proxy and loaded the page, logged in fine so def not banned. Have sent a support ticket so hopefully will have an answer soon. Thanks for all your help guys, Happy New Year to you all

Added after 22 Hours 30 minutes:

Well I had been blocked for making 192 simultaneous connections! Have no idea how I did that and wouldn't know how to if I wanted to. The problem is now resolved and I would like to thank the staff at rapidgen for the excellent speed in which they replied, particularly as it was the holiday season. Top work guys
