What's different between OpenVZ and XEN?

I've read some articles, i know 3 types of VPS:
- OpenVZ
- Xen
- WMWare

As i know. OpenVZ support only VPS Linux, Xen support VPS Windows (maybe also linux)...I'm gonna going sell VPS (only Windows) and i wanna know how to create VPS on DS.

Besides, my friends sell VPS and i see some informations:
- 1 CPU
- 1 IP
What's does it mean?

I do not recommend you to sell because I see that you do not know ordinary things as an example: 1CPU or 1IP

VPS which has more CPU is the better. CPU for the computer is as the engine for the car, take, for example.
Otherwise my favorite virtualization for VPS is KVM, because it is isolated.

OpenVZ does only support Linux and a subset of it. It's not exactly virtualization, but more isolation of resources. In XEN you get to use your own kernel. XEN PV only allows Linux. XEN HVM can support Windows and other operating systems too.

OpenVZ is a user space virtualization, meaning you can only virtualize Linux. XEN (except XEN PV) is a full virtualization, which means you can use your own kernel and kernel modules, libs, etc. and even another OS on a guest. Same goes for KVM, which I prefer over XEN, as it's a bit closer to the hardware and especially the network stack works better for me with XEN.

However, if you don't even know what an IP is, please don't proceed with your idea to sell hosting. There are way to many providers out there already who don't have a clue about what they're doing.
