When I said in the Shoutbox that answering these sorta questions will help you get respected on WJunction I didn't expect you to shoot yourself in the foot with the comment "Dumb Question!"
Somebody else have a go at explaining it better or I will later. Most here should be able to answer it.

A leech is a person who sucks data, resources or bandwidth away from a network or website in a way that’s considered ethically questionable or shows poor netiquette. This usually means placing a burden on the target without reciprocating something of equal value. Leeching has an additional meaning in the world of torrents, and again in USENET binary newsgroups where being a leech is perfectly acceptable. So what are the differences?
In the wireless world, a leech is someone who steals bandwidth by stationing himself outside a wireless café, for example, so he can use the service without patronizing the café. A neighbor who uses her neighbor’s network without permission is also considered a leech.

What is the difference between Rapidleech "public" and "private"?
If i use RapidLeech to move files between my premium account as hofile / FileServe/Megaupload etc... etc ... what kind of RapidLeech is?

RapidLeech Public is a rapidleech that is setup which more than one person uses and it's open to everyone.
Private RapidLeech is when the URL is private and only given to you. It's sometimes password protected and only you/people you share it with know the password.
