What Hosting Service do you guys recommend then?

I run a legal Business and need a Shared Hosting account, but with a extremely Fast Hosting speed so there is no delay in opening the site etc. Any recommendations what host to go for will be brillaint?

DOES NOT NEED TO BE OFFSHORE.

godaddy, and if u say they dont allow warez then your correct.. But your misreading they dont allow WAREZ on there servers warez linking is fine..
DLThe.net was with them for 2+years and not 1 issue.. Phone support was amazing and they fixed any issue within 24hrs..

Go with Hostgator if it's professional, make sure you use coupon "CACTUS" at checkout, you get a discount of $25. They don't allow warez linking fyi.

In terms of speed of loading the site.

If its just a normal website, nothing intensive etc, then youll notice pretty much no difference in any of the big USA hosting companies.
