What habit has improved your productivity the most?

Running a website or working online usually means juggling a lot of different tasks every day. Over time, I've realized that small changes in how you work can often make a bigger difference than buying new software or hardware.

For example, some people plan their day the night before, others avoid multitasking, and some rely on automation or keyboard shortcuts to save time. Even taking regular breaks or organizing a workspace can have a noticeable impact on productivity.

I'm curious to hear what has worked best for everyone here. What's one habit, routine, or workflow change that has genuinely helped you become more productive? It doesn't have to be anything complicated—sometimes the simplest changes make the biggest difference.

For me, productivity came from stopping the constant search for a more efficient way to do everything. I realized I was spending more time optimizing my workflow than actually getting work done.

My schedule is unpredictable, so instead of forcing a strict routine, I simply pick up where I left off whenever I have the time. Consistently returning to the work has been far more productive than chasing the perfect system.
