What do you think of this PC configuration for my gaming needs?

ATI Radeon HD 5570 1GB

It is good for gaming or not? I want to buy a brand new PC for my cousin for his birthday, i am not that into games myself, i only play poker online, so i tought your guys could help me out. He want's to play GTA 4 and some racing games. What do you think of this specs?

These below specs will work any of the latest games,Get the following:
Intel i5 or i7(if low budget go with i3)-not below that.
4GB DDR3
500Gb HDD,(Preferred 1TB)
Nvidia GTX 450 (affordable and awesome :D)
20.5 LED monitor(Just suggesting)

The video card is good but you should get core 2 duo processor and at least 1TB HDD (as you can see the new games are 15GB each). )

One more thing, if you're going for the Core i5, try to get the 2500k the k implies that all the cores are unlocked and it will have much more scope for overclocking (y)
