What do you think about my new logo? should I hire a logo designer to redo it?

I have just created a new logo for my web hosting forum http://forumweb.hosting


What do you think about it? it's good or not?


If not, should I hire a logo designer to redo it or jusst edit some parts on my logo?

I wouldn't use that figure (the three bars) as an E, it's a bit confusing.


And the colors, you have at least 6 colors (blue, red, light blue, yellow, grey and orange). You'd be OK using three (I would consider red, light blue and yellow, nice combination there!)


Then the typo, it's makes me uncomfortable the Hosting word, it look like stick there.


If you did this, you can do it better!

IMHO If you had budget, i think the logo needs some redesign, on font and color (effects).
