ability to redeem points/$ for premium accounts direct on the site
unlimited space, downloads and storage time for premium
no uneven servers (premium download should be 50mbit minimum at all times, not one server going 10mbit while others are going 300mbit)
DMCA notification, via mail or page in your account
300-600kb free user speed, no captchas for free members
exist for more than 2 years
