What could be the difference in .biz & .in

I was thinking what is the effect of purchasing a .in domain or a .biz domain

1-example.in
2-example.biz

Does google has any changes in regarding these two domains.

What i personally think that google will target india users with 1 option and worldwide with 2 option

I donno if thats correct or not. Am i right?

both are just domain google will no target any special domain but people prefer domain like .com .net or org domain bkz these or commercial domain thats why other wise .in domain is little cheap compare to .biz

ya your are right, .in will be shown first for indian users, and .biz for worldwide users,
but there is not much diffrent between them, if you want to purchase .in then go with it, dont think about this seo matter, seo will depend more on your hosting, both domains are tld, so dont get confuse.
