Websites or Forums to publish exclusive Softwares

i am uploader on big site which not allow new uploaders but only with invite system from trusted uploaders

if any one want to puplish on it please PM me but only if he know some websites or forums for softwares with good traffic and i will sent him invite to publish on the site i publish there
