Since June 16th I have been having so many speed issues with webpundits. The most I ever have in the 2 years I've been a customer.

After some discussion they said this:[FONT=&amp]User banned causing the issue.

They replied: We have checked with the DC . Currently 95th percentile usage for this server is around 320Mbps, I'm afraid that this server comes with 200Mbps of guaranteed bandwidth and they won't be able to remove the limit after 7 days, once the monthly usage is under 200Mbps. Please contact us again after 7 days.

So I am a user of TWO YEARS, who didn't cause this problem. Who pays $30+ a month for multiple RDPs (with the one limited being the most expensive), and Webpundits doesn't offer me a new server OR a credit? What kind of customer service is this?

Credit was given before and replacement provided. Issue with shared RDP that they are abusers as well who consumes whole network and others are affected with it so users who follow rules please understand our situation also and we will provide a solution also.

Internet download manager can we already use in rdp? Did you solve the problem with the servers?

Sorry IDM is crashing the server, so we have removed it from servers.

Please try to clear cache and try again. There is been licensing issues at software end, but we did a upgrade last night and this should enable all clients to work.
