Webpundits.in E3-1270v2/2xE5620/E5-1650, 32GB, Encode, 1/2GBIT RDP, $4(NL,FR,US,UK,DE

Server online but hardly working. No FTP is possible & direct uploads are painfully slow. The main site was showing "suspended" few hours back & now 403 or 404 errors.

Hope things get fixed soon.
 
Client panel is down and support email is bouncing back, how could the support be reached?

Update:- The support team received the email and responded quickly as always, it seems the bouncing back is just due to the DDOS...

The client panel is down and the client log in is disabled because of continuous DDOS attacks on the website. In the meantime, a new layer of protection is being added to mitigate all the website and other client panel issues!

NOTE: -

1) All the servers/RDP are working fine.

2) Also, for any support or queries they can be reached via email (support@webpundits.in) or Skype - webpunditsrdp. They are replying via both mail and skype.

The download & FTP functions still not working. Hope you check on that.

I do understand the complications created by DDoS. I am just pointing it out that not everything is yet alright.

Website is now working fine, we are implementing new design and making changes to the website. Sorry for the inconvenience, all the users having issues, we are sorting them out.

4 days has past since the server is not usable to me (it was accessible at first few days without download or upload, now can't login since yesterday probably after the formatting started), mails get bounced & client panel not accessible since few hours back. Please fix the things soon. Its been so long now :(
 
he's really kind person ..and always responded my tickets on time but have to mention these critics ..

1- please dont allow encoder & video processors at the nl & fr random-premium rdp'S just move or force them to buy encoding rdp's .. please just aware that this is really important for avoid causing the high load cpu ...encoding users have to get encoding rdp 's, this should be the law for the rdp users :)

2- please handle this ddos or whatever u faced with ..cant reach my rdp 4-5 hours and also cant reach client panel at your site.

i would like to keep working with u because your attitude , fast reliable answers and also rdp's up & down performance is great

Hope u gonna overcome all this problems .. on the other hand please just take a look at my writings ..

Hi,

I know about the one FR server, some user posted that IP online, and now we are facing continuous DDOS issues on the server. All the users have been notified with the issue and user will be compensated with the downtime. As downtime is increased more and more, kindly contact our support team, they will issue everyone a temp slot. Regarding website, its now functional at the moment.

Thanks for your comments. We are handling DDOS at the moment very well and we have added extra layer of authentication to avoid too many referrers in quick succession. Kindly contact our support team so that they can issue you also a temp slot for the time being.

To all the users, who wants to login into clientarea, you just need to enter username and password mentioned in the pop-up, check the SS:

What service i really like on webpundits is there fast response positive attitude and problem solving skills. Whenever i try to contact and ask for help, understanding things, requesting installation of software ( keep in mind only request low resource taken software) they always support me and off course continuous service without any downtime. i have been using their service since 19 th of september just gonna say that ''amazing '' !!

speed is fair enough (i just tested with rapidgator, terafile.co..etc ) and just uploaded the files approximately 30-40 mb/sn..this speed is really amazing .. also used torrent and get this speeds with download too ..

support is outstanding too , i really admit that i ddidnt expect this service quality . hope gonna work with him for a long time .
