This is sad indeed however it happened and now we cant do much about it . It is for every respect the speed of setting the things up again it took less than 3 hours i think before i get the chance to use the server again .
 
Yo, you moron, open up a fucking support ticket when there's problems like this. They are able to respond much faster than posting in here.

I just have good things to say about webpundits. After many many months using they offer to change for a new better machine. Few friends join me on this excelent RDP services.

Well I am very regular user of RDP and Dedi's,
This time I went with webpundits , Well really to say one of best service they have , just shoot a msg them on skype and solved and there server even superb nice speed in encoding and even in uploading , hope they keep this good service on and I would be there regular customer , for Sure.

the user of the plan NL 300 ENCODE is administrator? if I want to install some software that I need, I will have permission to install? or this is not possible?

Very very happy with the service, cheap, easy and they have soled any problem I had very fast, my favourite RDP at the moment, and the best support I've received from any rdp.
