I have been a customer of Webpundits for 7 months. I have used both encoding and non-encoding rdps in Netherlands. I am very satisfied with the speed of Internet connection, server overall performance and customer relations. I can reach them via Skype to solve problems which are rare.
Before webpundits, I was changing from a seller to another seller. After webpundits, I have been just renewing my acoount at the end of the month without any concern.

We do reply to those who require help and issues related to their RDP which have a subscription with us And Yes about your forum, we registered there and we will make a thread soon. It doesn't mean that If we don't reply to a particular user, we don't have work to do.

I've been using an NL Upoading RDP from Webpundits for several months now with minimal issues. Whenever something concerning has arisen the support have been extremely quick to help address and resolve it. Previous RDP providers I've used in the past have either dismissed/ignored fixing a problem. The cost of their services are inline with the multitude of other providers, they don't oversell they are more than willing to help make sure you're happy.
