Webmoney Limitation [Help]

Hi,

i wanna know about WMZ/WME limitation for send & rcv $$ ?

i mean limitation for rcving & sending $$ .... like payza have ( after 400$ its upgrade to personal pro etc ..)

i m new with webmoney ..... i dont have any passport only have national id card.

i just sign up last day ...... can i transfer monthly 1000$ like rcv 500 & send 500 with normal account.
