Sorry guys... we were moving shared hosting accounts to our new cloud setup so it caused brief(5-10 minutes) downtime. The reason we moved is because new cloud is easy to upgrade and migrate as compared to dedicated server.

Open 4 tichets to several hours and no response, domain purchase pending since morning and unsupported.

RapidLeech Plan:
Plugins always outdated and full of errors.
Rating 1 the 10 serving: 0 (Zero, Nada)

I have already asked for reimbursement of services that I am subject to the conditions for this and have yet to see the money

Your order was not even approved and your payment was then refunded. That's why ticket response was delayed.


Secondly I always tell our members that "Rapidleech is not perfect and can never be perfect" it depends on so many things which end user don't understand who's paying just $2.49 for 8 premium accounts. This is also mentioned very clearly in our terms of services.

So have some patience and explain your issue in detail(with links) when you open ticket and we will try to solve it for you if possible.
 
Yes it doesn't matter your PayPal account is verified or unverified. We use our own checks before approving any the order.

You should have opened ticket immediately, It was caused due to high load on server which was caused by some scripts used by our clients which we don't allow.

Your website should work fine now and I apologize you faced problem on your first day with us. :(
