Added after 5 Hours 30 minutes:

Latest Update: The server migration was successfully, completed 1 hour back. And, now everything is working back to normal.

Please, note that if you are still facing any issue, feel free to open a ticket or get in touch with us via email.

Also, please note, don't forget to clear your DNS Cache and Browser history. :)

Important News:

-Now our server location is Romania, as We have updated the location in the main post and also Report the thread for the change in the Title.

- We have make some changes in our packages, increased webspace and monthly traffic with no change in the prices.

- DMCA policy remains the same as we have on old servers. (IGNORE DMCA)

Now server is offline again... cpanel and ftp are up, but site not load. Webcare360 web not loads.

First of all Sorry for the delayed response here on Wjunction, But I was on holidays, but the support staff was active during that period.

And, about your issue, I have just reconfirmed from the support department, you email has been replied and ticket has been replied.

Also, please note that server IP is pinging fine, there has been no issue with the FTP and cPanel and no issue has been reported from any of the other client.

Your site is also loading fine on my side and you can also check this on proxy where you will find our main site Online too.

Hi I had a wordpress blog before and I just got my backup from my previous host. They gave me database backup (.tar) and mysql backup (.tar). I would want you guys to host my blog. Can you teach me how to import my blog? YOu allow adult content right?

Yes, sir, you can host your adult content with us. And further, we will transfer your backup and restore it on our server free of cost.

Because, we don't send/forward complaints to our clients. We only ask our clients to remove the content if its against our "Not Allowed List" like child por*, virus & worms etc....

Sir the DC is voxility. And, its much better than our old DC, and we haven't changed our DC these days, its almost 4~5 months are so and we really have much satisfied customers.
