Hello,
I'm looking to begin a team of Web Developers for a website of mine about Sports Broadcasting. I've got many projects in mind. I want to go ahead and get a head developer, and a few others afterwards that could use this head guy as somewhat of a teacher. I plan on expanding in getting a Media Specialist, and Python Programmer. For now, I'll be sticking to the web. This user must have a good understanding of CSS/HTML and Javascript would also be handy. You'd prob be doing about 1-3 projects a month, not insanely difficult. I'd like to see a portfolio.
