The site is working funny for some reason, continues loading some other page [maybe that ad page], and the favicon is working weird too.

By the way, I don't think you'll sell it for more then 50$ or less without google analytics or any other traffic info.

And the forums are in arabic?

yes the ads refering to my URL protect with adsense ads:D
( that do when the visitor clicked on outlink on my site like downloads links)
the forum in english
but i will add some language beside arabic+english
becuz i have visitor from egypt(arab visitor)
