Ways to get submission for new DDl site??

Could anyone say how to get submission of downloads for a new DDL site

and please say To which auto submitter site should we be whitelisted to get submission..

No they don't, they've re-added lots of sites and removed the crap.

Only problem is if your a small site they won't add you.
