I am co-owner of http://www.crackedsoftwares.com! One the prominent warez related board! Due to real life matters, me and my mate can't manage forums anymore so we decided to lease it for a year or so! Terms are:
- We will provide ROOT access to you
- We will NOT interfere the way you want to run site
- We will NOT be related to your earnings from forum
- We want 250 USD / Month so that server costs could be met
- After a year or so .. you will STILL remain admin!
- You MUST be a reputed member of WJ AND MUST HAVE A CLEAN REPUTATION

First, I am kind of confused. You are leasing out a forum and it's in Domains.

Furthermore, when selling (or leasing out) you should read the rules first.
