Wan to hire windows server expert to fix an issue

Hello,


I have server with Windows server 2012 Datacenter edition .


and RAM 256 GB $ 2 Processors


I am using it to encode video with software ( MEGUI )


But the problem is when encoding the server use only 6 GB from the usable 256 GB RAM


I am 100% sure that usable RAM is 256 GB But the problem is all encoder software I tried never used more than 4% from the RAM

Anyone can give a support for that PM me please or just post your skype here

Video encoding "eats" CPU. You need very good CPU for video encoding tasks. RAM is not important here. I would recommend you to downgrade the RAM on your server and maybe use the money to get a more powerful CPU.
