What is your account PM with username, and do you have disabled encode videos ? Because this is caused that few videos play and others not, need to be encoded.

About SRT, what the problem you face here ? SRT are automated ENCODED to VTT after upload.

To answer your questions, yes, 1 year has passed, but for 4x4 Thumbnail and dark mode, it was not a multiple request to make us complete these tasks, and you can adjust this very easily from the brightness of your monitor.

Normally it should work, but if it causes problems until we investigate, disable the conversion and run the original files.
