We do our best -- beginning in May, we'll be doubling the help desk staff to include 6 new part-time techs, in the hope that we can get back to 20-30 minute response times.

Sorry but i have make ticket for over 24 hours and not answer , Live support anytime away and not answer , I post on this forum and 5 minutes later my server works . In next time i post directly in this forum.
Server now runnig thx , but i hope your ticket support will be better next time .

Please always open a support ticket first, as I do not usually do technical support. The tech support team will be able to help you more quickly and efficiently. Feel free to "bump" your ticket if you feel an issue has been unresolved for too long.

yes thats not good. romania server down. 5 days server works slow. 2 days down.
one week thats enough. iam going to another host. sorry
 
Same problem here, and answers from Ticket takes more and more time... i'm also leaving. Currently i have a german and a Romania VPS from VPS6.net...

I had payed for another month, at my first month I had found only one downtime for some hours. I am a happy customer right now and would like to work with this service in the future.

I don't know why so many negative here. Btw, I do not write to the support since I have no problems.
