Disk Space: 20Gb
RAM: 512Mb
IP: 1
Traffic: Not Important
CPU Core: Not Important
Location: Europe

But, I want to have the price with cPanel cost integrated...

Budget: ~ 20 €

Big clients pay less for cPanel licenses so it's really up to a provider if they want to make him a good deal. It's surely possible to get what he is looking for within his budget.

I think isn't normal to buy a VPS "hardware" for 7€ and a cPanel licence "software" for 15€ !!! cPanel licenses can be sold cheaper than this!!

I bought a VPS ($9,50) from OffshoreWebSpace.net for $24,50 recurring and $17,50 the first month..

RAM: 768 MB will be doubled
HDD: 50 GB
cPanel: $15

@Haytam, Internal cpanel VPS license cost around 8$ to 12$. But you don't get access to the license.It's locked to the VPS provider

And looks like you bought a Openvz VPS; that's why you got a cheap price deal.
