No Bro .. If You Asked Their Support They Would Told you That They Have Some Issues With The France Ones :D ... And They Try Their Best To Solve It .. My VPS Is Down too but cuz i know they are great in their service i'm waited as i know it will be solved Soon .
As For Low Speed In NL ... We Know that their NL Servers Has A low Speed & you Know that so why don't you moving ur vps to USA or France their Speed Is great :O .
 
I buy this VPS 2 days ago, the first day is working fine, the second is down...
Maybe they are great, bat no thanks, I just moving my site to another host... X-(
 
u may get me wrong bro .... i didn't say that u must stay with them ... I just said what i have experienced with them & it's all back to you whether to stay or leave :D
