VPS - Script not working

I have got a VPS.
Trying to run RapidLeech on it.
I can't run it.
The VPS IP is:
http://184.82.237.228/


I have put the files of RapidLeech on the VPS and the RapidLeech Index file is accessible at :
http://184.82.237.228/index.php

I cant run Rapidleech , WHY?

The index.php contents are displayed and the script doesn't work , why so?

you installed RL Before using?
CHMod the folder "files" to 777 & goto index & Install. I CAN DO
